How to Brew
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 250 mL (8 oz) of water. Steep at approximately 95°C / 203°F for 8–10 minutes.

For a fuller, more flavourful cup, use 2 teaspoons. Steeping times are a guide — adjust to your preferred flavour and strength.

Important Brewing Note
Mullein leaf naturally has very fine plant hairs that should be thoroughly filtered before drinking. We recommend brewing Earth & Air in a fine-mesh disposable or reusable tea bag, then removing the bag before enjoying your tea.
